Intake - First Session

Your intake session will be longer than the average therapy session so plan to be there between 90 minutes to an hour. A complete BioPsychoSocioSpiritual Assessment will be done to assess your needs, treatment options and develop your individualized treatment plan.

Do you need more than a weekly session? We provide a special package with 2 daily text message check-ins, one weekly 1/2 hour phone call and a bi-weekly therapy session, specially for those who require extra support. Please be aware that your insurance does not cover this service so it is a strictly self-pay option.

Individual, Family, Couples, Marital Therapy

Therapy provided for all ages from 9 to 99 years old.

Per 15 minutes Billed in increments of 15 minutes. This includes Phone consultations.

Cancellation Policy

$160.00

Cancellation of a session must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the time of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the session being charged to your credit card on file.

Payments are made at the beginning of your session to PayPal using PayPal.Me/DistinctivelyYoursUS/

then the dollar amount. If you have a PayPal Account you can also send payment via gofers_inc@yahoo.com.
